What's the real difference between Starter and Growth?

Whether the people using your software customize it solo or as a team. On Starter, each of your users tailors their own experience individually. On Growth, one of your customers can push a customization once, with a PIN, and it applies for everyone in their organization — including people who join later. If the companies using your product are themselves teams, not just individual users, that's Growth.

What counts as a "workspace"?

One Manifest — one product of yours connected to Brimeo. Starter includes one workspace; Growth includes up to three, so you can run Brimeo across more of your own product line.

What counts as a "customization"?

One request one of your users' chat turns into a real, applied change — a theme edit, a region customization, a governed action. Reading data back or an unconfirmed preview doesn't count against your allowance.

What happens if we go over the included amount?

Additional customizations are billed at $0.05 each on Growth — nothing is throttled or cut off for your users. Starter plans that consistently run over are usually a sign your customers need Growth's shared allowance anyway.

What does "organization-wide push" actually do?

One of your customers' admins confirms a customization once, with a PIN, and it applies across everyone in their organization on that workspace — no per-user setup on their end. Anyone who joins their team later automatically inherits everything already pushed, not just a copy frozen at the moment they joined. This is a Growth and Custom capability — on Starter, each of your users customizes solo, so there's no organization to push to yet.

Is anything held back on the Starter plan?

Sandbox execution, the audit trail, overlay reconciliation, and native MCP support are all included from day one — nothing core is gated for cost reasons. The one real difference is structural, not artificial: on Starter, each of your users customizes their own experience solo, so there's no organization to push a shared customization to. That capability turns on with Growth because that's when the companies using your product are teams of their own.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — ask on a call and we'll set it up. Starter and Growth are billed monthly by default.

When should we move to Growth, or to Custom?

Move to Growth the moment the companies using your product need to share a customization across their own team, not just apply it one user at a time — that's what org-wide push is for. Move to Custom when you're running Brimeo across multiple products or business units and need a dedicated control room, custom SLAs, or approval workflows tailored to your compliance process.
